Shri Anil Sadashiv Rajwade, the Founding Father of G.V. Electricals, laid the foundation of the organization in 1985, driven by a vision to support India’s rapidly evolving electrical and power infrastructure. At a time when the sector was witnessing significant transformation, he demonstrated remarkable foresight by establishing a company rooted in technical excellence, uncompromising quality standards, and strong ethical values.
From modest beginnings, Shri Rajwade built G.V. Electricals with a clear focus on reliability, safety, and timely execution. His hands-on leadership and deep understanding of electrical systems helped the company earn the trust of clients across industrial, commercial, and power distribution sectors. He firmly believed that sustainable growth could only be achieved through disciplined execution, skilled manpower, and long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Founded in 1985, G V Electricals LTD (Formally Known as “G V Electricals PVT LTD”) is one of India’s most trusted and experienced electrical contracting and power infrastructure companies. With nearly four decades of industry presence, we have successfully executed some of the largest, most complex, and mission-critical electrical projects across India and select international markets.
We specialize in Low Tension (LT) and High Tension (HT) electrical installations, with capabilities extending up to 400 kV. Our end-to-end turnkey solutions cover engineering and design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and electrical consultancy. We serve a diverse range of clients, including industrial plants, power generation and distribution utilities, government departments, commercial complexes, data centers, shopping malls, and large infrastructure developments.
Over the years, GV Electricals Ltd. has partnered with leading power utilities and prominent corporate clients such as Tata Power, Adani Power, the Power Ministries of Haryana and Gujarat, Essel Group, along with several other reputed government bodies, public sector undertakings, and private sector organizations. These long-standing relationships reflect our technical expertise, execution excellence, and commitment to delivering reliable, large-scale electrical solutions.

GV Electricals Ltd. possesses extensive experience in executing end-to-end electrical and power infrastructure projects across utility, industrial, commercial, transportation, healthcare, and smart city sectors in India and overseas. Our proven capabilities span the entire project lifecycle—from planning and design to installation, testing, commissioning, and long-term operation and maintenance.
We have successfully delivered LT, HT, and EHT electrical works involving 11 KV, 22 KV, 33 KV, 66 KV, 132 KV and up to 400 KV systems, including overhead and underground distribution networks, cable laying, substations, switchyards, and GIS installations. Our expertise covers erection, testing, and commissioning of power transformers (up to 20 MVA and beyond), distribution transformers, RMUs, GIS and AIS substations, switchgear panels, circuit breakers (VCB, SF6), feeder pillars, and package substations.
GV Electricals Ltd. has executed large-scale metering, AMR/AMI integration, loss-reduction, and network strengthening projects for multiple power utilities, including installation of single-phase and three-phase energy meters, LT ABC networks, and feeder infrastructure, contributing to improved grid reliability and reduced power theft.
Our capabilities also extend to DG installations, backup power systems, cable fault repair, renovation and modernization of substations, maintenance of street lighting networks, and specialized electrical works for airports, metros, hospitals, stadiums, data centers, and industrial plants.

Mission Vision
For the last twenty years we have been carrying out street lighting, industrial lighting, Electrical L.T & H.T. installation jobs for various clients across India, middle east & African Countries. These jobs include Erection, Testing, Commissioning & maintenance of transformers, switchgears, cables, panels, street light, commercial lighting & industrial lighting & substation lighting etc.
For the last 30 years we have been carrying out Electrical L.T & H.T. installation jobs for Tata Power Co. These jobs include Erection, Testing & Commissioning of transformers, switchgears, cables, panels, lighting in substations, etc.
We have carried out erection, testing and commissioning of 33 KV GIS substations for Links Middle East LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We have also worked for ABB Ltd, Bangalore for SCADA system for MSEDCL, Pune. For Siemens India Ltd., for laying of approximately 50 km 11 KV and 33 KV cables in Bhandup and Mulund areas in Mumbai.
Also, we are carrying out erection, testing and commissioning jobs for various 22 KV and 11KV substations in the same areas in Mumbai. We are working as subcontractors for Siemens India Ltd. for erection of 33KV GIS for Delhi Metro & various receiving station of Tata Power & MSEDCL.
We are registered with ONGC, on all India basis for on / Offshore Electrical Jobs.
We have also carried out regular electrical maintenance for Colgate Palmolive India Ltd., Mumbai, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Worli and Thane, S.H. Kelkar & Co. Ltd., Mumbai, ICICI Securities, Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE),Mumbai, Bharat Diamond Bourse, etc.
We have done erection of 33KV GIS and for Delhi Metro & various receiving station of Tata Power & MSEDCL.
